Polynerve is a multivitamin nutritional supplement.

It is listed as containing:

alpha lipoic acid 100 mg, benfotiamine 50 mg, chromium polynicotinate 200 mcg, folic acid 5 mg, mecobalamin 500 mcg, niacinamide 50 mg, selenium As seleno methionine 50 mcg and zinc monomethionine 25 mg.

As a supplement, rather than an actual medication, the side effect profiles for it are not studied, but some people do report some nausea, after taking it.
