Polynerv 500 Possible Side Effects

I am currently taking Polynerv 500 green tablet as per my doctor's orders. I'm experiencing pains now on my shoulder, and I'm a little bit dizzy. I didn't try to check my blood pressure. Is it probably because of Polynerv? Please help. Thanks!

Polynerv is actually a B complex vitamin, so while it sometimes causes some nausea to those taking it, it does not usually cause the other symptoms.

Have you spoken to your doctor about this?
