i feel pain in my upper neck and i been treated for my neck sprain, but i felt pain near upper corner of my head.

Hi 27 female taking poly nerve 500 green without dr. Prescription and i notice some improvement on my lower back pain abd as semi vegetarian i notices that my memory function improves im taking it every morning could i take it also a night is it safe taking it twice a day?
