I am on 10 mg of Methrotexate weekly and 10 mg of Predisone. I will go to 9mg of Predisone Jan 1st. My questions is if I miss taking a dose of Metrexate on Monday my usual day and take it on Thur. would it be ok to have wine on a vacation from Monday through Wed.

The FDA strongly cautions against indulging in alcohol while taking any prescription medication. Alcohol tends to worsen the side effects, so could feel more dizziness, nausea and drowsiness than usual. Thus, one drink may affect you as if you'd had 2 and so on.
However, if your doctor does clear it for you to do this and have a couple drinks, then please make sure you won't be driving or doing anything dangerous.
