I take 7 pills of Azithromycin 500mg per month. I have COPD and the Azithromycin stops the infection of my lungs. I have a new mail order RX - I ordered Azithromycin and they sent a pill named PLIVA 788. Is this the same med? Thanks for any help.

Re: Ann (# 2) I don't see a score line on the tablet so I don't think it's intended to be split.
