Please Help Me Find A Doctor In Ocean County, Nj

I am in severe pain. I live in Ocean County, NJ and I was hit by a truck on a bicycle and was dx with TBI, and have had 19 surgeries. My pain doctor wants to stop my meds and put me on suboxone, which I cannot do.. Can someone please help me find a doctor who can help me? Also I was DX with MS in 2012.. Thank you
