Pink Oxycodone K57?

I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone.

That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. There are 5 mg ones that are white also. Hope that helps you out!

The small round pink pills with K | 56 are generic 10mg Oxycodone HCL (not brand name Roxy). They are made by KVK Tech Inc. and carry a National Drug Code of 10702-056-01.

The K | 57 are round gray generic 20mg Oxycodone HCL tablets also made by KVK Tech.

If your K | 57 pill is pink then that is a counterfeit product, unless otherwise noted by KVK Tech themselves.

Did you get your meds from a licensed pharmacy with a valid prescription?
