Pink Triangular Pill Z On One Side

What pill is pink in color, triangular in shape, and has a Z on one side?

Hello,

I realize this thread is more than a few years dated... but if you haven't been able to ID it yet, I'd be curious to know if there are any other imprints on the tablet besides the "Z" on one side? I only ask because I came across a couple very close matches online that would otherwise fit your description, aside from having another number embedded on the other side. (For example: if there is a "75" on the other side, it could be Zantac 75mg). However, I'm just not seeing anything with a "Z" only.

Is this something you found locally or bought from overseas perhaps? Looking forward to hearing back from you if you're still subscribed to this thread.
