Pink Round Pill With Sm Stamp (Top voted first)

I was given pink pilld with SM stamped on one side and a line stamped on the other. Was told it was Cialis but im pretty sure its suppose to be triangle shaped and orange. What is this pink pill?!

I agree with John, in that most pills with this type of description are typically identified as steroids.

Based on what I've read, this particular pill could be either winstrol, anavar, or dbol; I just haven't come across a truly definitive answer on this. However most of the details I've seen depict it as being dbol.

Anyone else have information on this?

I think it may be steroid usually have pink round pill with slash on one side and s m on the other there Superman dbol.

I have them as well. Marketed as generic cialis, but they kick the s*** out of cialis. Funny or confusing thing is, they came from someone that dabbles in steroids.
