Hi Bentley,
Based on my research, there are a lot of pills with the L imprint you mentioned, but none of the ones I'm finding are pink. One of the closest matches is Acetaminophen (81 mg) which is classified as a round yellow pill with an L imprint. You may also have a certain brand of birth control pills seeing as birth control pills are often small, round, with a one letter imprint. This may seem like a vague response, but it's the best I can do in this situation. Where exactly did you find the pills?
