Pink m171 pill - what r they for? It is flat and oval in shape.

I have been having unprotected intercourse with my girlfriend for 12 months and after a year I found atroiza m171 in her bag. I haven't checked yet because I went to work, but do u think I have hiv?

A pink oval pill imprinted with "ML 71" on one side and score lines on both sides is identified as Candesartan Cilexetil (16mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg); marketed for use in treating high blood pressure.
