I think you may have been looking at the tablet upside and the marking is actually 5686 V.
It contains 2mgs of Risperidone, which is a very potent antipsychotic that's most commonly used to treat schizophrenia, though it may also be used for a couple of other mental health disorders, as well.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, sedation and weight changes.
