No, this tablet does not contain Morphine, nor any other narcotic.
Pills marked with an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications.
This tablet in particular contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, which is an antihistamine used to treat allergic reactions, it is sold under the name Diphedryl.
