Pink Diamond Shaped Pill With Only 75 On It?

I found a pill on my floor after having a bunch of female guests.. It is pink and diamond shaped with only the number 75 on one side. I live in Canada.

From what I've found when this tablet has popped up before, it contains 75mgs of Ranitidine, the active ingredient in Zantac and sold over the counter in both the U.S. and Canada. It is used to help treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis.

Common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.
