Pindolol is a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and it can cause those types of symptoms as a side effect. However, they will usually start to wear off, around the same time that the medication reaches its full effectiveness in your body, which is generally between 4 to 6 weeks of use. Can you please verify at the link below if this is what you have? If the picture is a match then it's a 5 mg Pindolol, used to treat high blood pressure.
