Why were you taking so many per day? You should never exceed the recommended dosing. While nutritional supplements can be good for you, taking too much of some of them can be dangerous and could put your life at risk according to the NIH.

Taking such a large amount might be what has caused your breakout. The old saying about too much of a good thing is actually very true.

Have you consulted a doctor? It would be best to do so, they can check for any possible problems that might be starting.
