Can I take a pilva 434 in place of my ambien 10 for one night only?

No, it is a much different medication. The tablet with the PLIVA 434 marking contains 100mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant that is also sometimes used to treat insomnia. However, it's not going to work like your Ambien and should not be taken without your doctor's approval,

It may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and weight gain.
