l missed my period for this month after having unprotected sex. l used a pregnancy test and it confirmed, l am pregnancy. l do not need this pregnancy and want a pill that can help me abbort it at this eary stage

i think im three weeks pregnant. i used a pregnancy test staff where by one line means negative, two means positive ana if it shows two lines, a clear n a faint one it means th test is invalid, it can be positive or negative. mine showed th third one. what should i expect?
