I have a pill with 3691 10, is this Methadone?

Is this pill round with a goldish or yellow color? If so, the pill which you are describing is Prochlorperazine maleate (10 mg), which is used as the antiemetic treatment of nausea and vertigo. (NDC 0172-3691)
