It's difficult to positively identify a tablet, without being certain of the full imprint. Could you please see if you can make out what the rest of the markings are?

If you can't, perhaps you could get someone else to look at it for you!

What is 506 round small?

Are there any other letters or numbers inscribed on the pill? Or better yet, do you have an NDC code on the packaging? If it's just "506" it could be an over the counter or foreign medication, as nothing comes up for known prescription drugs.
