Pill Imprint Kd 375

I am trying to find out if this tablet is actually Tadalafil (Cialis) 20mg? It was advertised on AM radio while listening to a sports radio show.

What is the color and shape of this pill you're describing?

Did the radio advertisement provide any other details relating this imprint to Tadalafil (Cialis) 20mg?

On a side note, my investigation yields rumors of a Tramzol (Tramadol) 50mg tablets from India with a marking of KD-375; albeit I'm unable to verify that finding.

Does anyone else here recognize this pill description?

Hi David, the pill is oval in shape, the color is beige and has a 20 on it. I’m assuming it is for the milligrams as that is what I ordered. The radio station only advertised the pharmacy‘s phone number where I purchased the pills.
