Pill Imprint A 278 With A Smiley Logo On The Other Side - Diazepam 10mg?

On one side is the letter A with a line down the middle, then on the opposite side of the line is 278... On the other side of the tablet is a smiley face like a curved line. Is this Diazepam 10 mg?

I am pretty sure it does not actually contain Diazepam.

I got a couple of those the other day and am wondering if they are legit and I should risk putting them in my body. They were a present with a bunch of other pills that were in a blister but those two came separate from the UK.

Do you recon that they are diazepam or something else?
