Pill Imprint 54 751

I found this pill in my home and I'm not sure what it is. Can someone please help me identity this medicine? Could it be generic oxycodone?

This tablet is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories, they list it as being round, green, and containing 1mg of Ropinirole, which is most commonly used to treat Parkinaon's Symptoms and Restless Leg Syndrome.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and unusual dreaming.
