Diego, this appears to be a pill manufactured in Canada. According to C-Health (on canoe, a Canadian resource) this appears to be CO Azithromycin 250 mg. It is also an antibiotic, but a different kind.

Each pink, film-coated, capsular-shaped tablet, embossed with a logo on the upper face, and "AT 250" on the lower face, contains azithromycin monohydrate equivalent to 250 mg of Azithromycin.

Inactive Ingredients: armoisine (azorubine) aluminum lake, dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, lecithin (soya), magnesium stearate, ponceau 4R aluminum lake, pregelatinized starch, sodium croscarmellose, quinoline yellow lake, sodium lauryl sulphate, talc, titanium dioxide, and xanthum gum.

Source: CO Azithromycin - Uses, Side Effects, Interactions - Drug Factsheets - C-Health

Hope this helps!
