For any other seekers, the marking on this tablet is actually BOCA 611 and it contains 712.8mgs of Acetaminophen, 60mgs of Caffeine and 32mgs of Dihydrocodeine, it is a narcotic analgesic that's often given to treat severe migraines.

It does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth.

As an added note, by January of 2014 or sooner, this may no longer be available, or it may be available with the dosage of the Acetaminophen lowered to 325mgs or less.

Due to the risk of organ damage associated with long term use of high doses of it, as well as the risk of overdose toxicity, the FDA has requested that all of these combination medications be changed to contain no more than 325mgs of it, per dose.
