The closest match I could locate to Par 467 is Par 867. This is an oval white pill with black letters as well, and otherwise fits your description.
I located the pill marked Par 867 to be Dronabinol (2.5 mg),
which is used to treat anorexia, nausea and vomiting.
Unfortunately I was unable to retrieve a good amount of information about this pill, but my sources tell me it contains 2.5 mg of Synthesized THC. If anyone else has information to add please do so...
