Pill With 258

I found a blue, round pill, with 258 on one side, and a line that splits the pill in half on the other. Can anyone please help me out with what this is?

I'm sorry, but I can't find a definitive identification for this one.

There is one with the same marking that contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, but it does not have the score line.
