I take Clonazepan 0.5 2 times daily I also take Trazone 150mg at night and I also take Tramdole 50mg 2xdaily. Why is my urine test for Clonazepam keep coming up negative could certain foods make it come up negative, this is causing me a problem with my doctor who thinks I am not taking my medication.

Do you know what type of test they use?
There can be several factors that would cause a negative result, such as your metabolism being very high, an increased fluid intake, increased activity levels and others.
Another issue might be if they are looking at the levels of it that are detectable and not just checking that it's present in your body. In that case, your doctor may just feel that your levels are too low and that is treated just like a negative.
