Pill Markings For Lorazepam

white pill...scored on one side...smiley face or half moon marking with number 59....1/4 inch across...totally different than what I have been receiving from Kaiser Permanente pharmacy

That logo is one of the ones being used by Actavis and it is a 1mg Lorazepam tablet.

This is a Benzodiazepine, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
