Pill Expiration

Can I still take flaxseed tablets which expired eight months ago.I did keep it in the fridge.Thanks

These over the counter supplements aren't tested for safety like prescription drugs are, so there's really no way of knowing if it's safe or not.

Thus, I think the best thing to do would be to discard them and purchase a new supply.
