Are there no markings on this pill?

I don't think this pill was manufactured in the U.S., as it has no letter or number imprints. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have a unique imprint on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. (That said, if you did find it here in the U.S.; it could be a party drug or may just be a diet or supplement pill of some sort, but there really is no way to look that up without imprints or knowing what company you got it from).

If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. And as a last resort, you could ask them about getting the pills ingredients lab tested and brought back to you.
