Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
I am not finding a pill with 3977 on it in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases.
Does it also say Rugby on it?
There is a good possibility that it is something available over the counter or a foreign medication.
Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

Pill clearly says RUGBY on it on one side. Numbers 3977 on the other side. Checked PDR's as far back as the 80's but no listing. Why I posted. thanks for any help.

I have same pill - was in an envelope labeled Motrin- from years ago when Motrin was only available via prescription- 1980s or early 90s. I just took it for muscle pain and it helped!!!
