Hello. I've been suffering from piles for 5 years. I have already consulted an ayurvedic doctor to get cured without surgery. Most of the time that I have gotten medicine my issue gets resolved for some period of time, but now I'm facing piles again when I pass stools. The rectum has been swelling due to this problem. I can't sit or walk... Can you suggest any tablet for swelling/pain? It is a real terrible situation, but if the pain gets alleviated I can consult a doctor for surgery.

I have been suffering from external piles for 3 years and i could not sit properly in my office because of pain & heat inside.
