Good Day, I've wrote to you before but there's no reply so far. Hope will get a reply soon. I'm suffering with piles since few years back but it became worst since a month back. Taking hospital medicine for time being but it doesn't seem to work. It's so painfull every time after motion. There's skin tag outsite my anus. Kindly reply as i want to cure fast. I can't take the pain.
