I am suffering with piles, causing pain and it is like bubble around my rectum. Please suggest proper medicine available in india.

there is itching around anal area
there is Burning around anal area?
stool(Motions) hard in first but in last its kind of semi solid(not loose) or sometimes I do have constipation problem
there is pain while stooling
there is pain while sitting for long hours
there is bleeding while stooling
there is Bubble outside of anal area
Please help me ...

Piles problem always should be examined by a surgeon. Nowadays anaus problems are classified under anoproctology problems and accordingly specialised Anoproctologist surgeons can take care of it anytime better than others. Piles are generally painless. Pain signifies fissure, fistula, abscess or thrombosed pile. Piles are graded after examination and symtoms evaluation. Accordingly small or grade 1 to 2 piles are best treated by office based procedure and medicines whereas Large or grade 3 and 4 are best treated by surgery. These days stapler surgery has arrived which acts a big releif in terms of cure and outcome.

Dear sir,

I have a problem of piles and i took "Pfree" medicine for 6 months. I got relief from that medicine but there is a problem still after passing stool - a bubble or pile mass (whatever u say in ur language) that comes outside of rectum area and it takes 10-15 minutes to go back inside. So kindly advise me the medicine to get fully cured.

Sir/Madam, for your kind information PILES is considered incurable, but I have invented very cheap and lasting cure of PILES and ECZEMA using kitchen material only. There is no need of operation. I can say treatment is free of cost.
