That is correct, just as methadoneman said. To be even more precise, it contains 8mgs of Buprenorphine and 2mgs of Naloxone.

Since it does contain a narcotic opiate, it does have the potential to be habit forming itself and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.

Just got the new tab Suboxone generic. It is round, white, looks like a moon on one side and 155 printed on the other. On the pill bottle it says buprenorphin-naloxon 8-2 MG TB. Below that is says Substitute for Suboxone. It is made by a company called ACTAVIS ELIZABE. Hope this helps.

and by the way what do the new generics cost? how many pills did you get and what was the total cost for the whole script? i have a few prescriptions that i never filled for 90 tablets and some for 60 tablets all 8mg-2mg, i wana know the total cost if someone could let me know please, thanks in advance

I wish I had seen this convo earlier...I see it is from march which is around the time the original (and best) suboxone (tablets) stopped being produced. I had been getting films after the new year started and became depressed cause i knew when i had tried the films after they came out in early 2011 i didn't like them and saved them as back up. i tried the generic i was so excited with high hopes I've had plenty of generics as we all have had and normally do not notice a difference but that wasn't the case with the subox generic 8 mg/2 mg tablet!!! Mine was orange, however, not white. I was wondering if anyone here who is taking the white generic tablet would be able to let me know the manufacturer and if u like these tablets and feel they are as good as the original tablet?

I received a round peach pill the size of a percocet. It has the #54 underneath that 375 and been told its saboxone. Is this what it is? Never saw one that looks like this .
