What are the markings on the tablet? It is the imprint that would enable us to identify it for you, the shape and color actually don't mean anything.

The imprints will vary according to dosage and manufacturer, but here are some examples:

A blue, oblong with M361 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen.

Another blue, oblong with WATSON over 540 on one side and a score on the other contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen.

And there are several other blue tablets on the market, as well. Do either of these match the tablet in question?
