It isn't used in the U.S., so I can't find a lot of information on it, but it contains the active ingredient Acetarsol, which is an anti-infective.

I don't know where you found Acetarsol is an active ingredient in Phostat, but your info is wrong.
Acetarsol is not any ingredient in Phostat. Check your source. Phostat is a kidney medicine.
