Phentermine - Is Bad Smelling Urine And Urine Leakage A Side Effect?

I have been taking phentermine now in my 3rd month all of the sudden my urine smells horrible and i have urine leakage. the smell is so bad my family has noticed the smell. I drink at least 1 gallon of water every day. Nothing has changed that I eat or drink everyday. Help please

In rare cases, Phentermine can sometimes cause urinary retention, which can then result in a UTI, so that might be what's going on here.

Have you consulted your doctor about it? You need to have this checked out, to be safe.

I'm a 40 year old male taking Phentermine and just started the second month. I drink lots of water but suddenly it burns terrible when I do urinate, have some leakage, and don't feel like I'm finished so going often. Is this an effect that will diminish as I continue?
