does klonopin counteract phentermine? i have taken phentermine in the past and it worked great i lost 52 pounds but now that i am on klonopin too it doesn't seem to be working

They generally aren't recommended together, because you are essentially combining both and upper and a downer.

Has your doctor prescribed them both for you?

Both of these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, irritability and headache.
