No, it's def not! I have taken both (not at the same time of course) but phentermine was way better and more effective. The phen 375 doesn't work that well (maybe for the 1st 2 days and then it stops) don't waste your money on it. Go to a weight loss doctor and get the real stuff, a little more expensive but totally worth it!
