Phentermine Chromium Picolinate

I was recently recommended to get on a daily program of Phentermine and Chromium Picolinate. I would basically have to take the Phentermine along with the Chromium one hour after breakfast, and then a second dose of the Chromium in the early afternoon. I was wondering if anybody had additional details about this regimen?

Chromium Picolinate is a nutritional supplement which is supposed to help reduce cravings for fat & carbs - I imagine that combining this with Phentermine (an amphetamine-based appetite suppressant) can indeed be conducive to weight loss. (Although I would highly recommend doing this under strict doctor supervision!)

I have heard reports of individuals having good results with the "Phen-Chrome" combination (for instance, losing upwards of 20-30 pounds in just a few months) ... however going on a program like this does still carry a possibility of gaining the weight back once you stop since you are taking substances to alter your body's natural behavior. So remember to adopt an active lifestyle and a balanced diet!

One other thing - did your physician recommend a period Vitamin B12 shot? Getting a dose like this every couple of weeks is not unheard of, and may be recommended.

I have taken both medications in the past and weekly vit B-12 injections for weight loss. Treatment was very successful. You usually loose 10-15 lbs the 1st week and then 2 lbs every week after. The phentermine leaves you very thirsty though. I always have a bottle of water or ice.
