Hello. I'm trying to take Phentermine 37.5mg that I got from my doctor, as nothing else works for me to lose weight. I took 1/2 every morning and nothing happened. Now I'm taking a whole one and I feel like a pinch in my heart. Should I stop it?

This medication can cause elevated heart rate and blood pressure, as side effects, according to NIH reports. Thus, it would be best to have this checked out by your doctor, such symptoms are not anything to leave to chance.

How are you feeling, now? Has there been any change?

Are you on any other medications?
