Is it a tablet or a capsule and what are the markings on it?

The 30mg of Phentermine is actually available as both a time released and regular release formulation.

This medication may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, headache and anorexia.

There are Red and Grey Capsules marked with Duramine 30 on them real small. This is time release phentermine. Phentermine Ccombined with a ester.

If you open a capsule they are made of brown granules and white powder.

If you want pure Phentermine they are easily separated.

If you take a 12 inch ceramic dinner plate and open the capsule. Incline the plate 45 degrees, take a credit card and start to "chop" the mixture or tap it lightly with the the edge of the card. the white powder (phentermine) will stay put and the brown granules (esther) will roll to the end of the plate. Recapsule it and its ready to go

red and gray capsule made in Hondoras called Duramine or Duraline or the word Duamine 30 printed on it. It is time release.

It is a ester combined with pure Phentermine. If you want to make it a regular non time release it is very simple and easy to do with this capsule by separating the ester, brown granules like sand, and white powder the (Phentermine)
