It usually takes about 4 days for these types of stimulants to process out of the body.

If Phendimetrazine tartrate 35mg was taken 3 times in one day, how long will it take to come out of my system and no longer feel the effects? I wish not to continue taking this medication. When is it safe to have a drink?

From what I'm reading on this site's drug half life calculator the average Phendimetrazine 35 mg half life is about 21.5 hours. So it would probably be around 8-9 days to be fully metabolized. You can run the calculation yourself and see what it says too.
