Hi Angela,
Phenazopyridine is used to relieve the pain, burning, and discomfort caused by infection or irritation of the urinary tract. It is not an antibiotic and will not cure the infection itself.
Although it may relieve some pain caused by certain urinary conditions, it is in a class of medications known as an Interstitial cystitis agent. This is in general is not a pain medication and in my opinion shouldn't be relied on if the pain is anywhere else but in the urinary tract.
On another note, phenazopyridine does not interact with the other medications you mentioned, so if in fact your daughter does have pain in urinary tract, then it would be sufficient enough to use in such a manner.
