Phen Chrom Versus Phentermine

My Dr put me on #30 c - Phen/Chrom Special Capsule. I also have Phentermine 37.5 . Which one of these works better for weight loss? And can I take both of them together? Please help!

Phen/Chrom contains Phentermine and Chromium Picolinate, so it still contains the medication you were taking, but the Chromium is added, because it is believed to help improve the use of insulin in the body, which can also aid with weight problems.

And that means you shouldn't take them both, because you would doubling up on the Phentermine, which could be dangerous.
