I am sorry, but there is no central listing of pharmacies that have any particular medication in stock. It would be virtually impossible to keep such a list updated anyway, as it would be very dynamic information.

Additionally, there is no 30mg immediate release Oxycodone, this dosage is only available in the regular release or time released formulation.

The IR is only available in a 5mg capsule.

You are totally wrong on the not having an instant release Oxycodone 30 mg. I've been taking it for almost 14 years now. The instant release is called Oxycotin that comes in 40 & 80mg. Due to several abdominal surgeries, I can't take the time release because what I eat doesn't stay in my GI tract long enough for the medication to be ingested. That's why the instant release Oxycodone 30mg works better for me. By the way, the IR Oxy 30mg is an ( A-214 ) light blue round tablet.

Please help I'm from Ohio and my quality of life has been up side down since my failed fusion lower back surgery I'm looking for help by a great pain management staff willing to help me from everyday pain it's very hard to get help when you really needed Im willing to pay out of pockets if the Pain management is reasonable & not trying to scam me out of my money. You are half correct, they make oxycodone and oxycontin they are basically the same drug but the oxycodone is the instant release version of oxycontin (thats why most doctors dont put ir in front of oxycodone. or er in front of oxycontin some do) but they changed the fourmulation of oxycontin years ago they use to have letters OC on one side and mg say 80 on other side now they have OP and mg like 80 on other side they changed them so that they were tamper proof but they used a plastic like substance and im allergic to it, and have gastroparisis also. This is not the reason I have to take medication. I have severe neuropathy and other wonderful side affects from chemotherapy and I take a medication called metroclopramide to open lower valve of stomach to let food get into my system instead of remaining in my stomach and digesting for days till I throw it up or wind up having hospital pump my stomach but that plastic doesn't get fully broken down by a normal digestion system you will see 1/3rd of pill in your stool but with metroclopramide my system passes food into GI tract twice as fast as a regular person and one of the inactive ingredients was eating the lining of my stomach and was constantly throwing up blood and I don't drink (in past 18years) or eat spicy food so I got switched to opana and I stopped throwing up blood and everything was better till they did same thing to the opana. it has same plastics now in it as oxycontin does, but when I go to fill my 20mg oxycodone it was very difficult to find a pharmacy. when wallgreens told everyone they will no longer fill for anybody here in my area or Florida and every pharmacy said they don't carry it or DEA allows them only a few pills a month and they are not taking new patients because they cant get them but every cash only pharmacy (and 1/2 of them are here) say no problem and will fill them in 10-15 minutes any day of the week and places packed with people but they charge an insane amount. my prescription is between $9-$11 per pill to get filled at those places and I live on disability so I can't afford it and nobody else could on disability. its a crazy system. thank God I found a pharmacy that takes insurance.
