Pharex is actually just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains a complex of B vitamins, as well as several other that are believed to help with nerve damage.
The listed dosage is that you are to take one of them, once daily.

However, there is no special time that they need to be taken, but the B vitamins do cause nausea in some people, so you may want to take them with food.
