is it ok to take 2 tablets of pharex vit.b complex everyday? iam taking 5000 mcg biotin everyday for my hair

I also take biotin but I only take 400 mcg 1 time a day. That's what my doctor and pharmacist recommended as the proper dose for the body. If you take anymore you will only pee it out.

The dosing information I found states that 1-2 capsule can be taken daily. Always be sure to consult a doctor before adding supplements to your medication regime if you are taking other medications at the same time. Also, it is important to have your doctor tell you how much of the vitamin you should take. If you take more than your body requires, the excess may just be turned into waste and have no effect.
